1. About these terms

These terms cover the Android Magic Pet – Pet Care app operated by Rafael ("we", "us"). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. 2. Accounts and responsible use

Keep your account credentials secure, provide accurate information and use only an account you are authorized to use. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Mobile accounts are separate from the existing Magic Pet website; website accounts, pets and subscriptions are not transferred.

Do not misuse the service, access another user's private data, bypass access controls or subscription gates, disrupt the service or upload content you have no right to use. Permissions and subscriptions do not authorize illegal activity. AI features are intended for adults aged 18 and over.

3. Pet-care information and AI

Magic Pet helps organize pet-care information and offers AI-generated information. AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect. They do not diagnose, provide veterinary treatment or replace a qualified veterinarian. If your pet may need urgent care, contact a veterinarian or emergency clinic directly; do not wait for an app result.

AI is provided through Google's Gemini service and requires the consent described in the app when personal data is submitted. Do not send personal, confidential or sensitive information to unpaid AI features. Crop or redact identifying details from images and documents. You can report an answer in the app.

Nearby business details and Open Pet Food Facts records come from external sources and may be inaccurate or outdated. Check opening hours with the business and ingredients with the product label. Food lookup does not certify that a product is suitable for your pet; ask your veterinarian when unsure.

4. Free access and subscriptions

Saving your first pet starts seven days of free app access without a payment method. This app trial does not create a store subscription and does not automatically charge you. After it expires, continued access requires an active subscription. Purchase, restore, sign-out and account deletion remain available.

Available plans, billing periods and localized prices are shown in the app and the Google Play purchase screen. The store purchase screen controls the transaction details. Payment is handled by Google Play; subscriptions renew automatically under the store's terms until you cancel. RevenueCat helps verify and restore access.

Manage or cancel in Google Play's subscription settings. Cancellation generally stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the period already paid for, subject to the store's rules. Uninstalling Magic Pet or deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled through Google Play under its policies and your applicable statutory rights. Restore purchases using the appropriate store account. Access may need verification, and temporary store or network failures can delay it. We do not promise a plan, price or promotional offer beyond what is shown at purchase.

5. Your content and the community

You retain your rights in content you submit. You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to provide the features you request, including displaying forum content to other signed-in users and processing selected inputs through AI providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

Forum posts and comments show your selected pet identity. Do not post private information about yourself or others that you do not want shared. Harassment, threats, hate, spam, sexual or violent content and cruelty to animals are prohibited. You must have the necessary rights to any photo or text you share.

Use the reporting and blocking tools for abusive content. Moderators may remove content and restrict or close accounts that violate the community rules, with notice or an opportunity to contact support where appropriate. The forum is not an emergency or veterinary support service.

6. Deletion and ending use

You can delete your account through Settings or request deletion by email without reinstalling the app. See the account and data deletion section for the request instructions, affected records and retention exceptions. Cancel any store subscription separately.

We may restrict access when necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements or violations of these terms. Where appropriate, we explain the reason and you may contact support. This does not remove statutory refund or consumer rights.

7. Availability and responsibility

The app and external services may be interrupted or changed. Keep copies of records you need for veterinary care and check that reminders are enabled and delivered on your device. Magic Pet does not guarantee that every notification or AI response will arrive at a particular time.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee the accuracy or uninterrupted availability of AI output or third-party information. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights. We remain responsible to the extent required by applicable law.

8. Changes, consumer rights and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. We update the date and provide additional notice or request agreement where required. Changes to store subscriptions follow the store's rules. Your mandatory local consumer protections and rights to seek remedies through competent courts or authorities remain available.
