Dominoes Arbor — Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-09-26
Dominoes Arbor ("the app") is a dominoes game against a computer opponent, published by Rafael ("we"). This policy explains what information the app handles and why.
What the app itself stores
- Everything stays on your phone. Your match in progress, your settings (sound, vibration, tile faces), how many matches you have won and played against each opponent, and a few counters that space out full-screen ads (hands completed, when the last ad showed) are saved only on your device. The app opts out of Android cloud backup, so none of it leaves the phone. We have no servers and no accounts, and we never receive this data.
- The computer opponent runs entirely on your phone and only uses what is on the table.
- Uninstalling the app, or clearing its data in Android Settings, deletes all of it.
Advertising
The app is free and shows ads from Google AdMob: a banner at the bottom of the game screen, an occasional full-screen ad between hands, and optional video ads you can choose to watch for a hint.
To show and measure these ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share with Google your device's advertising ID and app set ID, your approximate location (from your IP address), information about the ads you see and tap, and diagnostic information about the SDK. See https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
Your choices
- Consent. In the European Economic Area, the UK, Switzerland and US states with privacy laws, the app asks for your choices through Google's consent message before personalised ads are shown. Change them any time under Settings › Privacy options.
- Advertising ID. Reset or delete it in Android Settings › Privacy › Ads.
- The game works fully offline; ads simply don't appear then.
Children
The app is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new date.
